We reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion and at any time. Our computer systems are currently based in the United States and the content of our Website is directed to U.S. residents and is not directed to residents of other countries. As such, we do not intentionally collect or process personal information of non-U.S. residents and do not market our services to non-U.S. residents. However, if you visit our Website or subscribe to our services, we will collect and process your personal data in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may or may not be equal to the level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as in Canada and the European Union. 9. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a proposed specification designed to allow Internet users to notify businesses of their privacy preferences, such as whether or not they want their personal information to be sold or shared. It consists of a setting or extension in the user’s browser or mobile device and acts as a mechanism that websites can use to indicate they support the specification. While Huggle Group does not track its customers across third party websites to provide targeted advertising, it presently does not honor the GPC signal. To the extent that you would like to opt out from sharing your personal information for analytics and advertising purposes via cookies, please decline or customize the Cookies Banner visible when you first enter our website
10. POLICIES FOR CHILDREN
Huggle Group does not knowingly collect any information from minors under the age of 13. Our Website is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, nor does it contain information which would be potentially harmful to minors in any way. However, we advise all visitors to Our Website under the age of 13 not to disclose or provide any Personal Information. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, we will delete the child's Personal Information in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. 11. HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT

15. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Shine the Light law, Civil Code Section 1798.83, allows California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosures in the prior calendar year, if any, of their personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. You must include sufficient detail for us to locate your information and contact you. Please include, at a minimum, your name, email and postal address. We will attempt to provide you with the requested information within thirty (30) days of receipt. We reserve our right not to respond to requests sent more than twice in a calendar year.
